Add model card and pipeline tag

Hi! I'm opening this PR to add a model card for InertialAR.
This PR:
- Adds the
graph-mlpipeline tag to the YAML metadata. - Documents the model based on the paper InertialAR: Autoregressive 3D Molecule Generation with Inertial Frames.
- Adds links to the Hugging Face paper page and the official GitHub repository.
- Includes setup, checkpoint download, and generation instructions directly from the GitHub README.
