Add pipeline tag, license, and paper link

This PR improves the model card by:
- Adding
pipeline_tag: time-series-forecastingso the model is discoverable under time-series forecasting. - Adding
license: mitbased on the project's MIT license. - Adding a link to the paper HamiFormer: Dual-Expert Diffusion Fields with Affine Symplectic Maps.
- Aligning the GitHub link with the project repository and adding the project page.
