Remove arXiv ID from metadata

This PR removes the arxiv:2608.13556 tag from the YAML metadata, as arXiv IDs should only appear in the markdown content (e.g., as a link to the paper) and not in the metadata section. The model card already links to the paper via the arXiv URL, so no other changes are needed.
