GallerheadONE

Overview

GallerheadONE is a derivative model built on top of Gazingstars123/Anima-2.9B, which is itself a fine-tune and layer-expansion of circlestone-labs/Anima aimed at anime and illustration-style generation. GallerheadONE continues from that foundation with an additional round of merge work focused on strengthening prompt comprehension.

Motivation

Base Anima models can sometimes miss or misinterpret parts of longer, more detailed prompts — less common tags, multiple stacked descriptors, or less frequent tag combinations. GallerheadONE was created to improve how reliably the model picks up on and follows this kind of detailed prompting. An earlier iteration of this work traded off some of Anima's native illustration style for stricter prompt adherence, so this release rebalances things to keep that improved prompt recognition while staying closer to Anima's original look.

How It Was Made

GallerheadONE was produced through a model-merging process carried out with comfy-mecha inside ComfyUI.

Prompting Tips

GallerheadONE follows the same prompting conventions as base Anima models:

• Use quality tags, year/period tags, and @artist tags
• Specify character count (e.g. 1girl, 1boy)
• Use Danbooru/Gelbooru-style character and series/copyright tags
• For multiple characters, attach each name clearly to its own appearance tags
• Longer, more detailed prompts produce noticeably better results than short ones

Generation Recommendations

• Sampler: Euler / Res-Multistep / Er-SDE
• Scheduler: sgm_uniform / beta / beta57 / linear-quadratic
• Resolution: 812x1216, 1152x1536 (1536x1536 works but less reliably)
• Steps: 28–50
• CFG: 3.5–5

A solid general-purpose starting point is Euler + sgm_uniform for a balance of composition and detail; Res-Multistep + linear-quadratic spends more time on early/high-noise steps and can improve overall composition.
