Hi Gabox,

Thank you for sharing your models and making your work available
to the community. I’ve tested Karaoke_GaboxV2 in my karaoke
application and really liked the results. I appreciate the work
you’ve put into it.

My name is Jason Wang, and I’m developing a Windows karaoke
and vocal mixing application called ChillKara Studio. I would like
to use your model to remove lead vocals while preserving
backing vocals.

The exact model I’m using is:

Before distributing my application, I would like to ask for
your permission to:

1. Use this model in a closed-source application, including
   free and paid commercial releases.

2. Copy and distribute the unchanged model weights with the
   application installer, or host them for an optional download
   through the application.

3. Allow users of the application to run the model locally
   on their own computers to process their audio.

4. Continue using and distributing this same model in future
   versions of the application.

All audio processing runs locally on the user's computer.

I will credit the model as “Karaoke_GaboxV2 — by Gabox” in
the application's credits and third-party notices, and include
a link to your model repository.

Would you be willing to grant this permission on a non-exclusive,
worldwide basis, without a fixed expiration date and without
licensing fees or royalties, provided that I include the credit?

If you agree, could you please confirm that your permission
covers the uses listed above? If you require a different credit
format, a licensing fee, or any other conditions, please let
me know.
