Question: commercial use of SenseVoiceSmall under FunASR MODEL_LICENSE

Hi, I'm an independent developer building an offline travel interpreter app for Android (Korean/Chinese/Japanese/English). I'd like to use SenseVoiceSmall (ONNX/int8 via sherpa-onnx) for on-device speech recognition. The model card lists "license: other / model-license", which points to the FunASR MODEL_LICENSE.

Could you clarify:

  1. May the weights be used in a commercial app (free or paid) distributed through app stores, including users in China?
  2. May I bundle the converted weights in the app or download them on first run? What attribution (model name/source) is required?
  3. The license wording about "reference/learning purposes" (section 3): does it restrict use inside an end-user app?

A short written answer would help me decide whether I can ship it. Thank you!

Where to post: Hugging Face Community tab at huggingface.co/FunAudioLLM/SenseVoiceSmall/discussions, or an issue in the FunASR GitHub repo (modelscope/FunASR), since the license file lives there.
