Clarification on Commercial Use

I would like to clarify whether the model weights of FunAudioLLM/Fun-CosyVoice3-0.5B-2512 can be used in commercial products and paid services.
The Hugging Face repository is marked with the Apache License 2.0, which normally permits commercial use. However, the model card also contains the following statement:
“The content provided above is for academic purposes only and is intended to demonstrate technical capabilities. Some examples are sourced from the internet. If any content infringes on your rights, please contact us to request its removal.”
Could you please clarify:
Does the Apache License 2.0 apply to all model weights and components included in Fun-CosyVoice3-0.5B-2512?
Is it permitted to use the model in a commercial application or paid TTS/voice-cloning service?
Does the “academic purposes only” statement apply only to the examples and demo content in the model card, or does it also restrict the use of the model weights?
A direct confirmation such as the following would be very helpful:
Commercial use of the Fun-CosyVoice3-0.5B-2512 model weights is permitted under the Apache License 2.0.
