Data model
Primary key: orcid (ORCID iD). Each worker carries:
- identity (name EN/AR, profession, license)
- credentials (MBBS, Prometric, SCFHS, Registration, Post-graduate, Experience)
- BPR status (
draft \| pending \| approved \| declined) + assignedspid

FHIR export
Each sample worker maps to an NPHIES-compliant FHIR R4 Bundle containing Practitioner, Organization, and PractitionerRole resources. See samples/sample_fhir_bundles.json.
Deployable wizard
app/wizard.html is a self-contained static HTML/JS app (1-question-per-slide intake, credential attachment, GPT-2 bio enrichment via HF Inference API, FHIR R4 bundle + profile HTML download). Open it in any browser or host it as a HF Static Space / GitHub Pages / Vercel.
GPT-2 integration
The wizard calls https://api-inference.huggingface.co/models/openai-community/gpt2 client-side. Paste your HF token in the wizard to enable real bio enrichment; otherwise it runs in demo/stub mode.
