The mecab-ipadic 2.7.0 Japanese dictionary from taku910/mecab, re-encoded to UTF-8 with the connection matrix stored in binary; no entry, id or cost was changed. Used to read Japanese text aloud with Chatterbox Multilingual. Distributed under its original license (COPYING). See NOTICE.md.
