Add rows.jsonl: one row per verified model (597 rows, repo_id + outcome) This is the per-model breakdown that the single-object findings.json could not show in the dataset viewer (see #12 'Why one row?'). Each line is one model: {"repo_id", "outcome"}. 597 rows, 597 unique repo_ids, sorted by repo_id. Snapshot of the live verification store as of 2026-09-20 21:08 UTC; the per-outcome tally matches the store exactly (364 clean / 98 mismatch / 135 not-checked). The richer per-model params + note fields live in the verification store; this table carries the two fields the viewer needs.

Add mismatches.jsonl: one row per model with a verified card-vs-artifact discrepancy This is the actionable subset of the audit — the 89 repos where the model card disagrees with the actual artifact (safetensors header / config.json), as distinct from the 364 that were clean.
