更名通知 / Rename Notice

Hugging Face 组织已由 ChenkinNoob 更名为 Chenkin Lab。

The Hugging Face organization has been renamed from ChenkinNoob to Chenkin Lab.

• 新的官方主页 / New official page: https://huggingface.co/ChenkinLab
• ChenkinNoob-XL 仍是 Chenkin Lab 旗下的 SDXL 生成模型产品线，现有模型仓库名称暂不调整。
• ChenkinNoob-XL remains the SDXL generative model line under Chenkin Lab. Existing repository names will stay unchanged for now.
• 后续图像编辑及其他新模型，将以 Chenkin Lab 名义发布。
• Upcoming image-editing and other new models will be released under the Chenkin Lab name.

请以本组织页面及官方渠道为准。旧名称 ckn / ChenkinNoob 仅用于指代历史项目与现有产品线，不再作为组织名。

Please treat this organization page and other official channels as the source of truth. The former names ckn / ChenkinNoob now refer only to historical projects and existing product lines, not to the organization itself.

Chenkin Lab (formerly the ckn team / ChenkinNoob project) hereby states:

我们作为一支独立且纯粹的开源团队，近期无任何商业化融资计划，团队核心成员亦无相关的创业规划。

As an independent and pure open-source team, we currently have no commercial fundraising plans, and our core team members have no related startup plans.

我们注意到，近期有部分个人或第三方团队，可能冒用 Chenkin Lab、ckn 或 ChenkinNoob 的名义，或使用本团队的开源模型、技术成果及相关履历，向投资人进行虚假宣传或开展融资活动。请各界朋友及投资机构提高警惕，仔细甄别项目发起人及团队背景的真实性。

It has come to our attention that certain individuals or third-party teams may be falsely using the names Chenkin Lab, ckn, or ChenkinNoob, or utilizing our open-source models, technical achievements, and related credentials to deceive investors or conduct fundraising activities. We urge everyone, especially investment institutions, to be highly vigilant and to carefully verify the authenticity of any project initiators and their stated backgrounds.

任何未经 Chenkin Lab 核心成员（如通过官方 GitHub、Hugging Face 或魔搭主页等官方渠道）明确确认的商业或融资活动，均与我们无关。对于因此造成的任何损失或后果，Chenkin Lab 概不负责。

Any commercial or fundraising activity not explicitly confirmed by the core members of Chenkin Lab (e.g., via our official GitHub, Hugging Face, or ModelScope pages) is not affiliated with us. Chenkin Lab cannot be held responsible for any resulting losses or consequences.
