HybridDiffusion 2B run-1 complete training checkpoints

This public repository stores full resumable Distributed Checkpoint (DCP) milestones for the seven-GPU continuation run. Checkpoint binaries live here, not in GitHub.

Planned branches use the nearest scheduled 250-step DCP to each 1,800-step publication milestone:

milestone-3600: step 3500
milestone-5400: step 5500
milestone-7200: step 7250
milestone-9000: step 9000

A branch is published only after the full DCP (model, optimizer, scheduler, train state, and dataloader state) is remotely validated filename-by-filename and byte-for-byte.
