MedOtter nucleus_instance_2d submission — TransUnet
2D RGB nucleus INSTANCE segmentation. The net predicts a 3-class map (bg / interior / boundary); instances are recovered scipy-only by labelling interiors and expanding to the foreground Voronoi region. predict(image (3,H,W)) -> (H,W) int32 instance ids on the native grid.
