sprint tail re-solve
An entry for the Microduck Arena's sprint-2m, simulation only.
Built on jrubiosainz/microduck-game-sprinter-remix14: its per-start action tables are kept for seeds 2-5; the seed-1 tail (control steps 36-65) was re-solved by CMA-ES from a simulator snapshot, chained basin hopping, in the Arena's own simulator (seed 1 is 2.5 ms faster than the base before the 5 ms rounding; same board time).
