CartPole NumPy DQN
A minimal DQN implementation using only NumPy (no Gym, no PyTorch). Includes:
- custom CartPole environment (same physics as Gym)
- pure-NumPy MLP with backprop and SGD
- replay buffer, epsilon-greedy, target network
- training, evaluation, and visualization scripts
