The Qualcomm AI Runtime's HTP libraries, unchanged, from the public QAIRT 2.51.0.260929 release (Qualcomm AI Runtime Community). Nightmare Mobile downloads the shared pair (libQnnHtp.so, libQnnSystem.so) and the one trio its phone's NPU needs (libQnnHtpV<arch>.so, ...Stub.so, ...Skel.so, for v68 to v85), each checked against its SHA-256, instead of shipping every chip's files in the APK.

These files are Qualcomm's and are under Qualcomm's licence terms.
