dinov3-vitb16-pretrain-lvd1689m/: local Hugging Face-style DINOv3 directory containing at least config.json, preprocessor_config.json, and model weights.
yolo11m-seg.pt: Ultralytics segmentation checkpoint used to initialize the student backbone and neck.

If you keep weights elsewhere, override DINO_WEIGHTS or YOLO_WEIGHTS when calling the bash wrappers.
