Operations

• Server: ssh deploy@sheggle.com, user unit aic.service (systemctl --user status aic), code in ~/aic/app, database ~/aic/aic.db, token in ~/aic/.env (fine-grained, org-only). nginx routes /aic/ to port 8090.
• Deploy: rsync -a --exclude .venv --exclude .git ./ deploy@sheggle.com:aic/app/ && ssh deploy@sheggle.com 'systemctl --user restart aic'
• Backup: backup/mirror.sh runs daily at 04:30 on sappie-pc (cron), mirroring every org repo with its large files to /mnt/big_data/backups/ai-science. It only fetches, and keeps one dated ref per day, so history rewritten or deleted upstream survives there.
