Redistribution and model format notices

Base models are Google Gemma models. This repository distributes converted and/or quantized LiteRT-LM (.litertlm) model representations. The container format and precision/platform variants differ from the original upstream checkpoint files. This statement does not claim that 72fstudio trained the base models or performed every upstream conversion. Existing model cards identify the base model and platform variant where available.
