accelerate — sharded-checkpoint PoC model

Proof-of-concept model folder used in a coordinated security disclosure for the
huggingface/accelerate checkpoint loader. The model.safetensors.index.json here
carries a crafted weight_map so the maintainers and the reviewing scanner can
reproduce the reported behaviour against a real model folder.

The full write-up — root cause, impact, severity, and remediation — lives in the
coordinated disclosure report and is intentionally not reproduced here.
