Hi! I'm Niels from the Hugging Face community science team.

This PR adds a model card for PermaVid to document the model, including:

  • Metadata with the image-to-video pipeline tag.
  • Links to the paper, project page, and official GitHub repository.
  • A brief overview of the method.
  • Quickstart instructions for setup and inference based on the GitHub README.
