Improve model card: add paper link, code link, and metadata

Hi! I'm Niels from the Hugging Face community science team. This PR improves the model card for Joycent by adding a link to the paper, the official code repository, and the project page. I've also updated the usage instructions to use the correct repository ID and ensured the metadata is complete.
