UdonPred prediction heads (ONNX)

The exported ONNX prediction heads for UdonPred, one per disorder definition. Each head maps per-residue ProstT5 (Rostlab/ProstT5_fp16) embeddings of shape (L, 1024) to per-residue disorder scores.

These heads do not contain the protein language model. Precompute ProstT5 embeddings first (see the repository's udonpred-embed command / EMBEDDINGS.md), then run the heads with udonpred-caid / udonpred-predict.
