Almost nobody can actually run it outside Huawei’s own NPU stack.
If the release is only practical inside your proprietary ecosystem, then this is not really a meaningful open model release. - -
Publishing something that 99% of developers cannot use does not make you look ambitious, it makes the whole thing look unserious.
Well, based on this release, you are nowhere close to frontier labs, even Chinese leading labs.
