I've been looking for smaller (up to 12GB models) that are designed to think creatively. The last thing I want to do is use a public model and hand my brainstorming and research over to it... (call me paranoid, but can't they steal your ideas?). Anyhow, if anyone has other suggestions for models where there are GGUF files and quants that are sub-12GB that are good at "Creative Thinking and Brainstorming" I'd love to hear about them and give them a run, so please reply to this thread if you know of any offhand. Thanks in advance! π
I think the concepts for this model are solid based on reading the research paper...
This model is described as:
A 1.5B parameter language model fine-tuned to think creatively through cross-domain analogy, constraint violation, and novelty-coherence optimization. CreativitySLM is not a general-purpose LLM. It is a specialized model that has learned creative cognitive patterns β the structural operations underlying creative ideation β through distillation from a frontier model. π

I'D LIKE TO GIVE A HUGE THANKS TO THE "MRADERMACHER TEAM"!!! ...regardless of whether you create this or not.
You are making a big difference for folks that:
a) can't afford a decent GPU and rely on smaller models that can use only CPU power
b) don't have the technical expertise to create these quantized models
c) are unable to afford the monthly expense of using a big provider AND at a level where we can keep our data and good ideas from being monetized
thank you <3
let's hope it converts, it should. For recommendations I have nothing, try latest gemmas and qwens I guess, something should be in that range
It's queued!
You can check for progress at http://hf.tst.eu/status.html or regularly check the model
summary page at https://hf.tst.eu/model#creativity-slm-GGUF for quants to appear.
Thank you, thank you, thank you, just downloading it now to test!
Also, for anyone that may be interested, I just found this model that I believe fits within the category of creative thinking (cooked up by the mradermacher team a couple of months ago):

Going to test it out as well... ;)
lol good luck
