Faithful mirror of havengo/petrol_go1 files (weights + miner.py + chute_config), plus a requirements.txt and app.py shim so the local Petrol Gauntlet runner can install dependencies and discover the Detector symbol.

Used as a clean apples-to-apples baseline against licensy/petrol-fastwin-v* on the same local 460-challenge harness.
