Add model card and metadata

Hi! I'm Niels from the community science team at Hugging Face. I noticed this repository contains the weights for AdaptSplat but lacks a detailed model card.
This PR adds:
- Metadata including the
image-to-3dpipeline tag. - A link to the research paper on Hugging Face Papers.
- A link to the official GitHub repository.
- A brief summary of the model.
- Sample inference usage instructions from the official repository.
This will help users find and understand your work more easily on the Hub!
