Improve model card metadata and content

Hi! I'm Niels from the Hugging Face community team.
This PR improves the model card for CUPID by:
- Moving the arXiv ID from the YAML metadata to the Markdown content section.
- Setting the
pipeline_tagtoimage-classificationas per the repository instructions. - Updating the author list and BibTeX citation to include all authors mentioned in the paper.
- Improving the general formatting of the model card.
