Mouse Neonatal (mm10) Pseudotime 2.0 ChromBPNet Model

Description

ChromBPNet model trained on neonatal mouse pituitary Gonadotroph ATAC-seq data (mm10). Cells were ordered along a pseudotime trajectory representing the differentiation of pituitary stem cells into Gonadotrophs. The trajectory was divided into seven bins, and this model was trained on cells at pseudotime 2.0.
