Mouse Neonatal (mm10) Pseudotime 0.0 ChromBPNet Model

Description

ChromBPNet model trained on neonatal mouse pituitary Gonadotroph ATAC-seq data (mm10). Cells were ordered along a pseudotime trajectory representing the differentiation of pituitary stem cells into Gonadotrophs. The trajectory was divided into seven bins, and this model was trained on cells at pseudotime 0.0, representing the stem cell end of the trajectory.
