Request for SAM3

Hi,

I am from Beijing Institute of Technology, and I would love access to SAM3 for experimentation with component detection in diagrams. I am working on it for my master thesis. Nothing will be open sourced, it is completely for my personal project and experimentation. Please approve so I can work on this!
