Access request denied

Hi Sam3 team,
I would like to know why my access request is denied?
The request form itself did not provide a lot of opportunity to clear out the use cases for the use of the model. My personal use would be skydiving related video editing use cases for recognizing certain scenarios and people from video. I also might test this at work in machine vision use cases for segmenting different parts/products from both image and video in order to determine whether the approach would be reasonable. I understand that this is to be used for non-profit purposes and no such implementations shall be made.
