I typed in "knackered", and it proceded to generate an image of a seemingly half naked, young person, please remove this IMMEDIATELY

Please help with this, I typed in knackered, and previously "naked", when trying to type in knackered, and then this generator proceeded to show some of the most scaring and traumatic imagery
