Add image-segmentation pipeline tag to metadata

This PR adds pipeline_tag: image-segmentation to the metadata of the model card. This will make the model discoverable under the image segmentation category on the Hugging Face Hub (huggingface.co/models?pipeline_tag=image-segmentation).
