Output Gets Done Quickly and is Distorted/Smeared
Hi! Hoping someone can help me with this. I downloaded the 3.2v of the workflow. I downloaded all of the required nodes and models and didn't change any settings. When I run the workflow it gets done within 60-90 seconds (which is too quick compared to what others are saying) and the video comes out distorted and smeared. Any help would be greatly appreciated! :)
60-90 seconds is way too quick, it sounds like it's missing a few generation phases there.
Can you send a screenshot of your encoder / checkpoint node configuration?
Sure, here is what I had. Sorry for the blurriness. It's from a larger screenshot I took last night. I can take a clearer one once I get to my PC.
"Smearing" like its all fuzzy and a blur means the distilled lora isn't working. Those loaders have a 50/50 chance of just not working when someone downloads the workflow. I'm gonna put together a node that auto splits it all up 4 ways and sends two outputs to get rid of this issue.
Yes that's correct like it's all blurry and distorted. I even tried the other workflow you have posted on your CivitAI page (MrXin) and I still get the same issue. Looking forward for the fix. I'd love to give 10Eros a try finally!
