Improve model card: add paper link, authors, and project info

This PR improves the model card by:
- Linking the model to the research paper SAMatcher: Co-Visibility Modeling with Segment Anything for Robust Feature Matching.
- Adding the author information and a BibTeX citation.
- Including relevant tags in the metadata to enhance discoverability.
- Organizing the content for better readability, including installation steps from the official repository.
