Improve model card with metadata, paper and code links

Hi, I'm Niels from the Hugging Face community team. This PR improves the model card by:
- Adding the
image-text-to-textpipeline tag for better discoverability. - Linking to the associated paper: "CoLVR: Enhancing Exploratory Latent Visual Reasoning via Contrastive Optimization".
- Adding a link to the official GitHub repository for code and environment setup.
- Including the BibTeX citation.
