Add pipeline tag and sample usage

Hi! I'm Niels, part of the community science team at Hugging Face. This PR improves the model card by adding the image-feature-extraction pipeline tag and a sample usage section with code from the GitHub repository. I've also updated the metadata to align with our documentation standards (moving the arXiv ID from the YAML tags to the Markdown section).
