Add pipeline tag, library name and improve model card

Hi! I'm Niels from the Hugging Face community science team. This PR aims to improve the model card for Robust-U1 by adding relevant metadata such as the pipeline_tag and library_name. This will make the model more discoverable on the Hub and enable features like the "Use in Transformers" button. I've also added links to the paper, official code repository, and demo Space.
