Add pipeline tag and resolve paper URL placeholder

This PR improves the model card by:
- Adding the
pipeline_tag: image-to-imagemetadata so that the model is discoverable under the corresponding category on the Hub. - Resolving the
<PAPER_URL>placeholder in the top badges with the correct arXiv paper link. - Updating the template citation under the
Citationsection with the specific arXiv citation from the repository.
