This is a classification model for monitoring dysphagia, which based on PatchTST.

  • ./data : train_dataset, test_dataset

  • ./answer: predict answer

  • ./save_models: model

Use python ./PatchTST_Dysphagia.py can get the answer.

We add the experiment models in ./exp:

  • decision tree

  • knn

  • logistic regression

  • random forest

  • svm

Use python ./run.py --config ./config.yaml can get the answers

All parameters in config.yaml can be changed.
