Update pipeline tag and improve model card documentation

Hi, I'm Niels from the community science team at Hugging Face.
I've opened this PR to update the model card metadata and content:
- Updated the
pipeline_tagtotime-series-forecastingas requested for time-series related artifacts. - Linked the model card to the corresponding research paper.
- Maintained the existing library name and license metadata.
- Preserved the useful loading examples and repository layout information.
These changes will improve the discoverability of your models on the Hugging Face Hub!
