Add pipeline tag and link to paper/code

Hi! I'm Niels from the Hugging Face community science team.
This PR improves the model card by:
- Adding the
pipeline_tag: feature-extractionmetadata to help users find the model. - Linking the model to the research paper: FORGE: Forming Semantic Identifiers for Generative Retrieval in Industrial Datasets.
- Adding a link to the official GitHub repository for easier access to the implementation code.
- Clarifying that "SID" stands for "Semantic Identifier".
