I see you state "License: Fine-tuned checkpoints is licensed under the Non-Commercial Creative Commons license (CC BY-NC-4.0)". Does this mean that no part of the original meta llama2 license apply?
I'm not sure if this count as 'derivative work', but here is from the llama license (https://ai.meta.com/llama/license/):
b. Redistribution and Use.
i. If you distribute or make the Llama Materials, or any derivative works thereof, available to a third party, you shall provide a copy of this Agreement to such third party.
```
I believe our work can be considered a derivative work. Also, please check out the model card for https://huggingface.co/stabilityai/StableBeluga2:
License: Fine-tuned checkpoints (Stable Beluga 2) is licensed under the STABLE BELUGA NON-COMMERCIAL COMMUNITY LICENSE AGREEMENT
