Safe generation from the prompt

In the model card, the suggested prompt contains the following sentence:
"Rispondi sempre nel modo più utile possibile, pur essendo sicuro. "
In italian "sicuro" can mean "safe" (as in the original English Llama 2 template https://gpus.llm-utils.org/llama-2-prompt-template/), but also "confident".
As a native speaker (I am), without context, it's not 100% clear that "sicuro" here means "safe".
The backtranslation of this sentence from Italian to English using Google Translate today gives me
"Always respond in the most helpful way possible, while being confident."
Out of curiosity, could this be an issue for safe content generation, and the instruction ambiguous?
