Update backend to the new Inpainting model

A new inpainting specialist model was released: https://huggingface.co/runwayml/stable-diffusion-inpainting ,results are very good. Diffusers changed the official inpainting pipeline to use that model. This PR swaps the model to that.
PS: Before merging, I think you need to go and accept the LICENSE of the model
