Outerloop agent image
The Apptainer image the outerloop kernel
runs agent sessions and evaluations in (OUTERLOOP_IMAGE). Built from
containers/agent-py312.def in the kernel repo by its build-image workflow; each file
here is named by the recipe and tagged with the kernel commit it was built from.
Pull the current image:

outerloop init does this for you on Linux when Apptainer is installed.
