Endpoint waiting to be scheduled?

Hi there,
When I try to deploy the model via huggingface endpoints, my status held pending for more than 2 hours by now. I have tried to delete current deploy and deploy it again couple of times but did not change anything.
Any insights?
and it seems like it costed $2 although it was pending all the time??
Same problem, but only charged more :(
