Poor performance. Format suggestion?

The performance of the model is really not promising. After 2-3 back and forth it starts poorly imitating the input from the user and basically nonsense. Is there a preferred format for more optimal conversation performance?
@cbML Did you have any luck eventually, or still not?
unfortunately, still to no avail.. its not a good model.
