Note that there was a sneaky bug that was discovered and fixed by @TimeRobber (see: https://github.com/huggingface/transformers/pull/17785). This forced us to update the checkpoints: https://huggingface.co/facebook/opt-2.7b/commit/a5227ab620eddb25d88a19fe5c0d6a3548bcee88
